Blackberry Tour Sound issue after upgrade

I upgraded to the new 5.0.0.591 and noticed several issues:

1)  Browser links require multiple clicks.  This seems to be a known issue.

2)  My email message folder icons all changed to generic envelopes.  Yahoo's was at least different before so I could tell the difference without having to scroll over them.

3)  I am having issues with the sound.  I cannot hear the unit very well - either on speakerphone or bluetooth.  I have to hold it to my ear on speakerphone to hear.  With the bluetooth, I have to cup my hand over my ear so that I can hear. 

Any help on any of these issues would be appreciated.
