When I enter new contacts, they disappear. I have enterprise e-mail and I can look up contacts in the company directory but when I add any other contacts they are automatically erased.
Are you following these steps?
1. In the contact list, press the Menu key.
2. Click SIM phonebook.
3. Press the Menu key.
4. Click New.
5. Type the contact information.
6. Press the Menu key.
7. Click Save.
