Blackberry Tour problems

Who cares about Rock Band game on the phone... I have been on the phone with Black Berry for 5 hours trying to set up the new Black Berry Tour phone. Since Verizon has NO CHOICES for windows phones I chose to switch to the Black Berry because the Motorola Q was having issues. I have had the Q for 5 yrs.  Since we bought 25 Black Berries I was the first to get it set up.... I and our IT team has given up... We are sending the Black Berry Tour BACK TO VERIZON.... If Verizon doesn't wake up there going to lose their loyal customer base... They say their focused on building their wireless network but if you don't offer good smartphones there won't be any customers left to use the network... WAKE UP VERIZON and get in the wireless business or get out.
