I was just looking at my phone and i went to create a message and my screen was very dim and my phone was running very slow i tried shutting it off and back on and it never fully shut down. I just bought this phone June 3rd. Has anyone else had this problem? And what should i do?

 Sounds like you have to clear your phones memory if it slowed down.

Best thing to do when something like this happens is to pull the battery out and reboot it.  This phone is more like a pc then a phone.  There's a free app called quickpull, you can use it to schedule a reboot everyday.  I do mine around 5am, it simulates a battery pull and clears out the memory.
