Blackberry can't make phone calls or access web overseas

My phone was working for several days and now I can only make sos calls ??

Try calling Global Tech Support at: 908-559-4899.

 

It's a roaming/airtime free call.

Where are you?

 

If you are in a GSM country, go to Manage Connections> Mobile Network Options and change the Network Technology to GSM/UTMS. See if that picks up a signal or not. Global should allow it to select the best network but sometimes you have to force it. Just make sure when you return to the US you change it back to Global or 1XEV.
