I wouldn't waste the time if i were you. I have a Storm which i have been syncing with BB Desktop for 2+ yrs, and on wednesday it stopped syncing. After 10+ hrs of tech support from RIM they tell me it is a software glitch and they dont know when they'll have it resolved. Crazy thing is i didnt update my software or change anything...just happened. Basically RIM & VW have told me sorry about your luck...buy a new phone...customer service at its finest!
