If you mean your 'email'@vzw.blackberry.net mailbox then the answer is no. For this reason I never use this address for anything important as it is not available for access via any other method.
You could always set up the option to auto-forward any email to blah.blah@vzw.blackberry.net to another email address and then turn that off when you get your BB back.
