I am tgrying to restore my phone and the program keeps asking for my device password. I have tried everyone I ever use and none work. I am going to get through the 10 tries and then lose my information. Any ideas? The password is needed to "unlock" the device.

Hi,
Just go ahead and use up the 10 tries and allow the device to wipe itself. It will wipe back to a factory state, but your personal data and any apps you installed will have to be reloaded either from a previous backup or by redownloading again.
