I am a somewhat new Verizon customer, switched from Sprint the end of April. I have a BB storm and have had no end of trouble with it. The first device, the touchscreen did not work properly. The first and second replacement phones have had one-way audio problems, where I can hear the person on the other end perfectly, but they either don't hear me or I sound like I am about a mile away from the phone. I am getting fed up with this device and asked the customer service rep I spoke with if I could get a different phone as a replacement this time to which I was told no. I was wondering how many replacements I have to go through before I can get a different model phone. Anyone know??

If this info is correct, I need to get a VZW cs rep to look at my account, I'm on my 3rd BB Storm since July 7th, and they talked to me like I was speaking a foreign language when I even hinted at possibly moving to an alternate device after having so many issues with BB Storm 1's. If you're a VZW cs rep, please email me at [edit] if you can assist with this issue. My 3rd storm is already acting up, running very hot at times and randomly rebooting. I called Asurion due to the heat issue and they could do nothing for me, and I really rather not have another refurb. Thanks in advance for any info, and if not, thanks anyway. I LOVE the storm and verizon as my provider, just want a device that works properly.

Did you? If not call 800-922-0204 and follow prompts until you get to tech support and ask for BB tech. They can authorize a replacement phone. You must call from a different phone than the one you are calling about.
