I have written to Dan Mead, with cc's to the Executive Office, ad nauseum. However, VW's position is to refuse to talk with me on the phone; and refuse to respond to my letters.
Issue:
1. I returned the first original defective cell in person, and received a $12 credit.
2. I received cell #2, and cell #3, both defective, as well.
3. I returned cell #2, and cell #3, also in person, this time to Frank, the Manager at a VW store, no credits were received.
4. AND NOW.....I am being charged $500 + $500 = $1,000 for not returning cell #2, and cell #3!
5. And, the 4th cell is also defective in coverage, service, data.
6. VW refuses to speak with me on the phone.
7. VW refuses to write back.
8. H E L P! Is there anybody out there? Just nod if you can here me! Can you hear me now?
