I have a corporate Storm 9530 and my wife and kids all got new Intensity phones. I tried to link them all via Bluetooth and the Samsung phones all see each other and connect, but not is able to connect to my Storm 9530. They all find it, they all send the unique code and all 'Pair' successfully, but none can actually 'Connect.'
Is there an update or configuration that needs to change.

Hi,
You may have some sort of corporate firewall going on your device that was installed by your IT department. I would give them a call and ask them if such a firewall exists. It is possible they did that to prevent transfer of data from your phone to protect their company documents or such.

I've linked other devices (friend's phone who is not on the same corporate network).
I will ask my corporate IT or call Verizon (they are all Verizon phones).

I can get my Storm to connect to my headset and other devices, it's specifically these Samsung Intensity phones that don't seem to work.
