Just purchased a new Audi Q5 and upon delivery was told by the dealer that Verizon has some kind of new firewall that makes it impossible to pair my Blackberry Tour with the car's bluetooth. i spoke to Verizon customer service and went through the pairing process while in the car all to no avail. i get a prompt on my phone that says it found the Audi MMI bluetooth, but the car can locate the phone in order to pair. my sales representative with Audi says there are 100 of new buyers who are in the same situation and awaiting Verizon's fix. Any advise??
