I bought a Blackberry Bold 9930 from amazon (unlocked) worked for a month, I moved back to Barbados. I changed the number with the ##000000 and it continued to work about 2 month more. Then it just wouldn't allow me to turn on radio use. Then I realised the MEID (hex & dex) both show nothing but 0's.
I no longer have the box so what can I do to get the phone back working?

@brazilianr14 - We apologize as there isn't much that we can do to help recover your original info back onto your device. The only thing that I can recommend is if you have the BlackBerry Desktop Manager installed in your computer, and you have a created a backup, you can always try a restore. That would be the only way as far as I am aware of.
Let us know if you are able to recover your information to gain radio use again.
Thank you and take care.
