Where can I find a list of all the Apps that come pre-installed on a new Bold 9930? Is Docs to Go Premium installed?

Go to your Applications folder and Games folder to see the games and apps already on the phone. I don't think Docs to Go, Premium or otherwise, is pre-installed on any BB.
