I have a user who entered serveral items for one day on his calendar in Outlook. On his Blackberry all of the appointments except for one synced to his device.
We are running BES 5.01 he is using a Tour
HAs anyone else seen this?
So far we have pushed the service books out to him and no change.
We have also
ON THE DEVICE.
Options > Advanced> Service Book
Delete DESKTOP (CICAL)
Push Service Books from BES
Of the top of my head, I am wondering if the calendar appoinment that was created was in the same calendar as all the others. BES will only sync with the individual user email account and not any others so if this user has multiple calendars they work with, this could be a cause of this. The other possible option is if the missing appointment is of some other type of appointment as the ones that did sync. The last thing I can think of is to make sure the appointment was already marked completed before it even synced.
You could also force a calendar sync from BES admin panel as well.
