Camera can't start. Is this due to the latest OS upgrade?

Blackberry Classic upgraded to latest OS; rear camera fails - though front cam works through 3rd party app. Is this just me or has anyone else had this issue?

We want you to be able to enjoy the camera on your device. What exactly happens when you open the camera app? Any error messages? Are you able to use the front camera with the default camera app on the device?
