Can't Connect to Internet Blackberry 8830

Just got a Blackberry 8830.  Upgraded to $29.99/month for email & internet.  I cannot connect to the internet.  I get the following message on my device:

 

"Your device does not currently hae any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries.  Please contact your service provider to enable the Browser on your device."

 

???

I ran a diagnostic while I was there though and that fixed the problem!  :smileyhappy:  Thank you!

Did you make sure the data services were set to on? options>mobilenetwork

Just checked....  yes, "on"

Also sometimes when this happens, you will have to dial *228 option 1 again and that will finish the registering of the phone.

Try going to options>advanced options> host routing table> hit the bb menu key and register
