I'm having issue sending txt to my wife's blackberry 8830 from Sprint.
It seems like sent correctly, but she doesn't receive any.
I started having this issue soon after I upgraded my BB Tour 9630 to latest V5.
It was working correctly for a couple of weeks, so it's hard to say it's completley because of it.
She can receive SMS from other people.
I can receive SMS from her and other people.
I don't know at this point if she's the only person not receving my message or anyone.
Any clue?

Hi
You can test your Blackberry device with a diagnostic test. On your device, go to Options>Status. From there, type the word TEST (which you will not see on the screen) and follow the instructions. It takes about 20 minutes to run the full diagnostic test, but it will let you know if all is well with your device.

Thanks for the reply.
The only test I found which may relate to my issue is "Network" test.
Everything 'passed' except for "ICMP Ping: no active radio APN found".
I tested with my other contact, and he received my SMS fine, so my wife is the only person not receiving my txt.
But, again, she can receive from other contact fine.

I found several articles on the web about V5 update messed up SMS and BBM contacts, but neither my wife and I use BBM.
In fact, we've been sending and receiving SMS messages fine for a couple of weeks since my update.

OK, I don't know exactly what the differences are, but she could receive my MMS fine.
Can anyone have clue what's happening here?
