Can't find my apps

I downloaded the upgrade for my Storm and now I can't find Facebook or my web browser. Help!

This is a known issue and reported numerous times within this forum.  In case you haven't run accross the fix here is the run down again for you...Hope this helps and if not let us know and we'll work through it with you further.


  • Applications listed below will be removed during the update process. If your applications are missing after the device update, the application can be reinstalled by selecting the application icon or downloading via App World or Application Center.
  • Instant Messaging Applications: Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, ICQ, GoogleTalk, AOL Instant Messenger, BlackBerry Messenger
  • Social Networking Applications: Flickr, Facebook, MySpace
  • AppWorld
  • BlackBerry Wallet
  • TiVo for BlackBerry Smartphones

    Reinstallation Instructions for BlackBerry Applications with missing icon

    1. From BlackBerry Appliction Center, install BlackBerry App World.
    2. From BlackBerry App World, select My World (located in the lower right corner).
    3. Highlight BlackBerry Messenger, press the Menu Button then select Delete.
    4. Select BlackBerry Messenger.
    5. Select Reinstall.
