Can't receive MMS picture texts on BB Bold 9650

I just bought a Blackberry Bold 9650, I CAN send/receive text messages and emails and I can send MMS picture texts; HOWEVER, I CANNOT receive any MMS picture messages.  I spent over two hours on the phone with Verizon techs but the issue was not resolved.  I have an unlimited message package and the data package. I just thought I would ask out here to see if anyone can help.  Thanks

PS:  I checked the forums and have already done everything suggested, pulled the battery, hard reset, checked MMS under options and the appropriate items are checked/not checked, etc.

Hi,

I would try resending the service books.  Go to Email Settings and press the Menu key.  Then select Service Books.  Now select Send Service Books.  Then try and see if MMS works for you then.
