Can't receive email on new Bold

I recently switched phones because my Tour was defective, and everything is working fine, except for receiving email.
No emails are coming through, even though I moved my email to this new phone. It is odd because I can send emails, but nothing comes in.
Does anyone know what settings I need to change to get this back running?

Hi. I am sorry you are having issues receiving emails on your blackberry and I can certainly look into this for you. Try to remove the emails from your phone completely and then go back in to set them up. Make sure you verify that your email address and password are correct. If prompted, check that the protocol, incoming server name, incoming port, and SSL settings are all correct also.
Please let me know if deleting the email and setting it up again works for you.
