Can't receive some calls

A couple of days ago, my phone started to send SOME calls directly to voice mail.  This is very inconvenient.  Anyone know of a fix?  I tried the 720 and 920 fixes.  (I miss the days when telephones acted like telephones).

Hey,

I had that happen once on my Tour.  I found that a battery pull fixed the problem.  Give it a try.  Let me know if it helps.
