I switched to a different BB unit and somehow forgot my password to access the vzw.blackberry.net email system. When I go through the process of recovering my password it sends the recovery e-mail but it is being sent to a device I no longer have. How do I update my devie pin on an account that I have forgotten the password too?

Hi,
I would call customer service at *611 from your device and tell them your problem. They can probably reset the PIN associated with your BIS email account and then you can recover your password. They may can reset the password to a generic one and send it to your new device for you to log in and change. Hope this helps.
