Can't reply to emails; no Send option

Just upgraded from a Blackberry Bold to the Tour (9630) and set up my emails and when I try to reply to an email, it allows me to type out my reply but then there's no "Send" option. There's also nothing in the header that allows me to choose the from address (I have multiple emails)

Try a battery pull and reboot the device.  See if that fixes the problem
