I cannot send text messages from my BB Tour. Everytime I try to send one, I get a message that says "retries exceeded". I have tried resetting the phone with no luck. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix?

Sometimes recycling the radio on your device can solve this issue but it happens to all of us, myself included every once in a while. It's probably more of a network problem in your area than anything to do with your handset, they usually go through eventually if you just wait a while, recycle the radio, and retry. Give it a shot and let us know.
