I don't need unlimited interet but I need a new phone and wanted it. Can you get the $15 data plan for the blackberry or any smartphones?

Yes, you can. And BlackBerrys do not use a lot of data (unless you're streaming media), so you may be just fine with the 150MB package. There are several ways to keep track of your use throughout the month.
