Hello,
In order to add email filters, I was told to visit the site: https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw
I first used my vzw.blackberry.net user name/password, and it comes up invalid username or password.
So, I used "reset my password" feature, only to get a message on my BB that says "user name does not exist, please create an account".
So I return to the site, and click "create new account" enter my info, and i get the message "an account already exists for this pin/eid.
I had some other people try, and they have the same result. Anyone else experience this problem or know a way around it?

You need to call VZW tech support to get your account straightend out. This can happen if you've ever moved your Blackberry to a different #, received an insurance/warranty replacement, or got the Blackberry from another source than off your account directly. But Tech support will get it figured out for you.
