I recently purchased a BB Tour and a subscription to Vcast/Rhapsody To Go....I think that I have followed all of the instructions properly but I am sort of lame so who knows! When my device shows under the Source Box, it will only allow me to transfer the songs that I downloaded from my CD's. When I try to drag the songs that I selected from Rhapsody to my device, it states that my devices is not configured correctly...when I follow the instructions to configure my device, it prevents my device from displaying under Sources. I am really confused, and very frustrated. I would love any suggestions.
