Just bought a Storm2 off Craigslist. I was able to activate it ok, everything works except for e-mail. I am not able to setup my Gmail account, when I try to get into "E-Mail Settings" I get an error message that says "There was an error trying to access the service. Please try again. Contact Verizon Wireless at 1-800-922-0204 or wiredata@verizonwireless.com"
Customer service was clueless, they reset my e-mail settings but I'm still not able to get into the settings. Does anyone here have any ideas? I'm on the 29.99 BIS plan.
