Cant open BBM Messages

Hi-

 

Just recently out of the blue I was on BBM and now I cant open any messages.  I have tried opening it through the menu, through the messages folder, tried turning the phone on and off and nothing works.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi,

Try pulling the battery to reboot the device.
