I keep getting 'City ID is unable to Start. Please reset your phone and try again.'

 

Ditch the app? Or is there a way for me to fix it?

! I had that same problem.. Called VZN had me do a reset)removed battery with phone on) and fixed issue!

Same thing here. I removed the battery with the phone on, put it back and let it reset. All fine now.
