Hello,
could someone tell me the best method to contact a representative with Verizon Wireless? The contact Us link at the top appears to be broken for me - I get directed to a page not found in IE / Firefox / Chrome. I live in Canada and have a friend that is traveling on an Alaskan cruise. This person is with Telus mobility here in Canada and when talking with the Telus mobility reps they indicated they have agreements with all the major US carriers and the phone should flip to the US carrier's network without issue. The question they were unable to answer is if there would be coverage in the various ports that the cruise ship will be stopping in. I've reviewed the coverage maps online and it appears there is definitely coverage in the ports, but in another area of the support site when it asks for the state - I select Alaska and in the list of cities it indicated - no service available - which conflicts with the coverage map online.
This person has a legitimate medical reason for requiring coverage in these areas and I was hoping to have an email address where I could send off a quick email asking if coverage is indeed available in the various ports.
Thanks in advance for any information that can be provided.
Greg

Thanks. That was actually the page I managed to get to from a google search. when I select "AK' for alaska it says no coverage area. But I will select the closest state to where i'm at and try the email option.
Thanks.
