***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Contacting server.....

I've been trying to add my email addresses for nearly 30 mintues and all I get is the Contacting server....screen. I'm about to give up and switch back to my Pearl.  I'm not sure why it's taking so long to add a an email address. Is this normal? Any suggestions?

Try going to VZW BIS LOGIN: https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw once you are logged in add your e-mail there save the changes and go to "Help" then click "Send Service Books" that should theoretically work.

what type of phone are you having this problem with? If it's another blackberry then you can do a device change at the website posted by the previous member. If it's a Android device then we would need the server information to completed the process. Who is your email provider?
