cass61,

We want you contacts to appear as they should. Have the contacts always been linked? Are your Facebook contacts link to your device contact list? Please go to Contacts app>Open contact>Tap on links (at the bottom)>Choose "Unlink".

I had this problem on both my Z10 and Q10.

First, update your software. If you're using and older version of BB10 software there are all kinds of bugs. 10.2.1 is a must.

Second, use only one cloud source for syncing. And by no means, no how/no way, should you use Verizon's Backup Plus.

Third, once you have updated to 10.2.1 (or later) you will have to backup and then wipe/restore your BlackBerry to factory settings. Then set it up as a new BlackBerry.

These steps cured the problem for me. Pain in the arse but it works.
