Crashing and reset while using camera in BB Storm2 - 9550

Please...anyone can explain this error...... ?

that happen, if , 2 or 3 ours using my bb storm2, the when click "camera"....  splash screen appear..about 1sec.

I used OS ----> 9550AMEA_PBr5.0.0_rel1656_PL4.2.0.442_A5.0.0.1015

please....

Rosy I have the same BB and same software and none of this has occurred on my BB. I would suggest you pull your battery and wait a minute and reinstall battery and try again. If it still happens then you may need to reinstall OS. Do you know how to check your memory left on phone?>> How to clear memory?How to be sure every App you have open is closed?
