Has anyone else had any problems with dropping calls lately??? I have lived in a small town for the last year, and have never had any problems with my Verizon service (at least 3 bars) About a month ago I started dropping calls like crazy!!! I am talking about every other call being dropped at my house..... I have made several (10+) calls to Verizon, and the best explination they can give me is because of the Alltel integration. They don't have a timeline for when it will be resolved (the last guy I talked to said it will be AT LEAST 6 months) Does anone have any suggestions or ideas on how to stop the problem or resolve the problem???
If it has to do with the coverage, you can get an external antenna (which is supposed to increase reception & signal strength).
