I downloaded a DVR viewer from Blackberry Apps. When I try to type in the I/P address the forward slash does not appear on the touchpad. Without the slash I can't enter the addy. Now what?
Once you've clicked the application and have the keyboard up to type in the I/P address, there should be a small button in the lower right corner of your keyboard ( showing 123). Press the button and you should have additional characters available to choose from. The forward slash will be available.
