I was looking through my Plan because I am considering making some changes and noticed there was an unlimited plan for internet and email for $29.99, but for some reason I was given the Business unlimited plan for $44.99 per month. I do not use my Blackberry for business and only have one e-mail address so I am confused why this was done. Any ideas why Verizon would automatically set me up with the more expensive plan rather than the personal $29.99??
Thank you

Hi,
It all depends. If you are using your device to connect to a server at work, then you need the $44.95 plan. Otherwise, the other plan will work. If you need to change it, call customer service at *611 from your device. Hope that helps.
