When I try to watch youtube if I try to skip forward it just resets the video, and if I get a call or anything it just resets the video. Is there any way around this this didn't start happening till I installed the new OS last year.

You need to dump .328 and install .419. Do a search on the web for Storm 1, 5.0.0.419 OS and then go there and follow directions. Be sure you back up your phone before anything. You will also have to delete vendor file on the .419 OS before installing it.
