Following VZW's service debacle following their disastrous "software update" over the past two weeks, things have been better, butfar from normal. Prior to January 18th, emails arrived simultaneously on my laptop from two different accounts. Then, during thedark period, emails arrived in batches an hour apart, spotty connections, etc. VZW & RIM Tier 2 both promised a solve by Jan28th.
Currently it seems the device receives emails about every 15 minutes, the minimum that RIM promises. Is this the new reality? Willit ever return to simultaneous with my laptop? If not, can anyone tell me if Droids have the same issue? I have no problem leavingBlackberry if this is the new reality.
