It seems that even though I choose delete from both my handheld and the mail server - I am still having to go in and delete again from my email account.. Any help? I must be missing an option somewhere?....

If you're using Hotmail it's a POP3 account. This is what the KB shows on various email accounts account. Delete your info from the BIS, then add it back again to see if that correct the issue.

it depends if the email server is setup as a pop3 or imap and the account setting there. pop3 is one way communication and imap is two way

I am not sure... I believe though that hotmail is a pop3. I need to look in my set up and find out... Do I handle it different if it is a pop3?
