Don't let a child hold your blackberry

When I purchased my BB, The customer service rep placed a short cut to my yahoo email address on the home page. The child I let hold it begain to play with it. Now, I don't see it  anymore. Can someone help me please.

On most blackberries the Shotcuts that show up on the homescreen are the first 5 ** icons that are shown when you enter the full screen layout of your blackberry.

 

1. Go to the full screen layout of your blackberry

2. Find the Yahoo Shortcut

3.Press Blackberry icon

4. select Move

5. Move this icon to the top 5** icons

6. The icon should now be on your home screen

 

If not:

 

 Call Verizon tech support from a phone other than your blackberry and ask them to send your phone the email service books. This will replace the deleted Icon. The follow the steps above to place on home screen.

 

**Because themes vary in the number of icons shown on the home screen then the numbers listed may be a number other than 5. **
