Double Letters

When I type a letter or # from the home page ,the first letter or #  always doubles.  What can be done to stop this. I have a Blackberry 9630.

Hi,

I have not heard of that being a problem that has ever been reported.  I would suggest something easy such as a battery pull and allow your device to reboot.  Which OS are you running?  4.7 or the new 5.0 release?  Either way, let me know if the battery pull solves your problem.
