E-mail delayed or not arriving on Blackberry Bold 9650

Although I have spoken to Verizon Wireless about this, for the past couple of weeks, my e-mail has either been very delayed arriving on my phone, or has not arrived at all.  Is anyone else having this issue, and if so, is there any solution?  For example, an e-mail just arrived on my Blackberry Bold at 1:06 am, but was sent at 10:57 pm, and received on my computer at 10:58 pm.  This is a relatively new problem.

Hi,

I know there have been some issues with the network in certain areas, and it could be affecting your email.  I would give it another day or two to see if it smooths out.  If it does not, then check back here and we will see if we can further investigate the problem.

Try deleting your service books and resending the service books.
