I have received several of them, only after I received a replacement phone from Verizon.  Can anyone tell me what these are and if they are safe or do I have a major problem!  Thanks for all your help!

Hi,

That question was answered in a past post here in these forums.  It has to do with Blackberry Redirector.  Go to this thread at http://community.vzw.com/t5/BlackBerry-Devices/Can-t-Send-Emails-from-8830-Strange-Network-Messages/... for an answer that was found.  Hope this helps.
