Email problems with Blackberry Bold

I am having problems receiving e-mail off of the corporate server. I have removed the battery for 5 minutes and checked all e-mail settings. Everything looks fine except I am unable to receive any e-mails. Any suggestions???

Hey,

 

It sounds like a software problem.  I would recommend deleting the email account, pull the battery, and then set the email account back up again from scratch.  Sometimes that will get things going.
