I try to set up my email on my BlackBerry Curve 8330 and I got to email settings and click it, then it brings up a screen that says "An error occurred while accessing your account. Please click below to try again"

So I click on this link and it brings me back to the same screen. I have tried a battery pull. What do I do?
Once you've signed in with your user name and password, click on the "Help" option on the left. You should see an option to "Resend Service Books." Click on that and check your device to see if you get emails.
