Emails for one of my two accounts in my Blackberry have not been coming through for the last few days, although I have been receiving them on my laptop and desktop. Thanks. Chic

I'm having the same problem with Optonline (Cablevision). I can send mail from that account from my Tour and it shows up on my computer. That means the account is alive. I wonder if the problem is Blackberry or Verizon.
Resend your service books. That should take care of the problem.
I have the same issues today....just had an email come through that was posted yesterday. And none of my other emails for the day today are coming through. Is this an Outlook issue, a Blackberry issue, or a Verizon issue?
AND, how long does it take to get an answer from someone???
