Facebook messages

I have 10 gray FB messages on my e-mail that I can not delete.  I have tried letting my inbox get full and deleting them as the oldest message, but that does not work.  Also, deleting individually and as a group.   Any ideas on how to get them off ?  Thank you!

I'm having the same problem, which is why i came on here. i really hope someone knows the trick to delete them

Ok I had the same problem and here is what I did to fix it. Open FB and click BB Menu then untik every box in there except Facebook Notifications and Check Spelling. Then push clear cache. I also have auto check for newest applications. Now exit by pushing the U-Turn button next to BB Menu. Go back to emails and see if they are gone. If not pull the Battery. That should do it. Good idea to daily clear the Cache in FB.
