I am pretty sure all is set up correctly in settings/notifications. Profile mode is normal, sound is on. When I move the sound bar, I get the chime. Application/emails/email messages bells are all on for all accounts. Read somewhere about Facebook app. Uninstalled it and reinstalled thru BBRY World.
